Article 3: PRE-INFORMATION OF THE BUYER
The BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed about all essential matters such as seller information, product features, payment, and delivery details before concluding this agreement.
Article 4: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products prepared in line with the BUYER’s personal requests
- Perishable goods
- Hygiene-sensitive products whose packaging has been opened
- Products mixed with other items after delivery
- Digital content and instant services
If the product is not used in accordance with its instructions, the BUYER may lose the right of withdrawal.
Article 5: SPECIAL CONDITIONS REGARDING REWARD POINTS
If reward points are earned or used during the purchase, they may be deducted or re-evaluated in case of return or cancellation.
Article 6: PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The SELLER takes necessary technical measures to ensure the security of the BUYER’s data. However, the BUYER is responsible for protecting their own device.
The BUYER accepts that their personal data may be processed, stored, and used in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 7: GENERAL PROVISIONS
The product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise specified.
The SELLER may cancel the order if payment is not completed.
In case of extraordinary circumstances (force majeure), delivery time may be extended.
If the product cannot be supplied, the BUYER will be informed within 3 days and a refund or alternative product will be offered.
Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Article 8: LEGAL REMEDIES
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the limits determined by Turkish law.
The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
