1. Delivery Process
Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments are carried out in cooperation with Yurtiçi Kargo. Domestic shipments are delivered door-to-door. International orders are shipped via the YK International Standard service within a global logistics network. International deliveries are completed within 5-15 business days, depending on the destination country. Deliveries are made to the recipient’s address; however, local distribution partners may be involved in some countries.

5. Delivery Responsibility

7. Return Process
